Confidentiality

Confidentiality is a vital piece to our work. It is essential that participants in our processes feel they can be truthful and candid without fear of reprisal. Our data collection policy with Workplace Assessments and Workplace Restorations involves reporting on trends and patterns and does not personally identify individuals in our reports.

Transparency and Trust

Good communication is a trust-builder. Trust is a key building block in creating a positive and productive workplace. Our communication with the client is always open, clear, and transparent, which in turn establishes trust in the process.

Understanding

Resolving issues is about building understanding so that current issues can be resolved, and potential conflicts can be prevented. We work with clients to identify underlying issues to ensure broad understanding of the challenges and possible solutions.

Client-Centered & Inclusive

We design processes that are tailored to meet client needs. We believe everyone should feel safe to bring their full selves to the process. We dedicate ourselves to helping build strong inclusive teams with versatile and effective practical skills.

Curiosity & Impartiality

Our values are grounded in taking an open-minded, curious, non-judgmental, and impartial approach in all of our processes. We value the opinions, lived experiences, and perspectives of participants in our approach so that we maintain the integrity of those participating in our processes.

Targeted

Determining the best response to conflict is an art. We work diligently with our clients to identify underlying issues and find the most appropriate tools and strategies that produce the most effective results for the organization.  We use proven processes that enable best practices for success and sustainable growth.
